You should use a site that matches the drug testing paperwork you were given. Laboratory patient service centers (PSC) typically will not accept a drug testing form from another laboratory. Many sites will accept testing forms from several laboratories. Please call the collection site to confirm hours and locations, especially if the test must be observed.
