Your annual membership fee is $200.00 +  $50.00 administrative fee to assist members with The FMCSA D&A Clearinghouse.

DOT Drug Test fees are only $49.00 per test when members use preferred collection sites.  Breath alcohol fees will vary by site starting at $45.00.

We have access to thousands of drug testing collection sites nationwide. Our in-house collection facility in Bothell, WA is open 7-4 M-F.
